Ended up returning this, the battery holder is just way too tight. After jamming the LP-E6 in there, trying to take it out of the monitor when attached lead to the entire base plate coming off and having to wrestle with the battery to get it back out. Not something you can really afford to do when shooting a wedding, time is of the essence and the monitor already eats up the batteries. Maybe we just had a bad one but quality control needs to be checked or it needs to just widen the holster by a centimeter or less so they slide in easier.
