I have had this printer approx 2 yrs with NO problems. The quality of the prints far exceed my and others' expectations. "Cropping" is superb, sometimes better than my larger ones. I take it with me almost everytime I visit my Great & Grandchildren. I helps me acquire photos I missed out on. One major plus; the numerous memory cards slots & USB slots. Note many of the NEW printers are deleting some of the least used slots and then you have to use a Card Reader if you have a USB slot available. The small screen really doesn't hamper anything you will get use to it, it works. Again, I love this unit!
