Another big disappointment from a Q-See camera product. Poor image quality, poor night vision. OSD functions are worth anything if they don't do anything. THe BLC & HLC functions and ATR functions don't work. I have better image quality from a lesser costing item.
Amazon.com did a great job of getting the camera to me quickly and in one piece. I had a few questions that needed to be addressed from Q-See but found that they only have one person to answer their phone. Wait time can be up to 1 hour. They keep referring you to a website that will answer your questions for a price. All and all this is the worst customer service I`v ever seen.
