These cables are solid heavy duty and well made, fit snugly into the HDMI inputs and transmit a good signal. I have an A/V stack with the cable box on the bottom, a new Yamaha RX-V471 receiver in the middle and a new Panasonic DMP-BPT220 blu-ray player on the top. The two cables were the perfect length for connecting the audio/video chain from the stacked cable box to the Yamaha receiver and from the blu-ray player to the receiver without leaving a lot of extra cable coiled up behind the stack. If your setup isn't stacked, then you may need 3' cables instead of the 1.5' to reach the receiver. A single HDMI cable then connects the receiver to the HDTV.

Work as advertised. Great length for those short runs, especially when trying to hide cables behind equipment. No issues at all.
