BlueRigger High Speed HDMI to DVI Adapter Cable (25 Feet)

This cable is very well made and it's price can't be beat. The local Radio Shack wanted $30 for just a DVI to HDMI adapter and the local Apple dealer wanted $50 for the same size cable vs the $11 dollars I paid here.

BUT. . .

I wish that someone had mentioned that DVI does NOT carry audio to the HDMI port on a TV. Since that's what I wanted to do, use my Mac Mini for video and Netflix on a TV. There are several workarounds and I'm using one of them, but it's not very elegant. No fault of the seller, but I wish there had been a mention of it.

The cable arrived promptly and was packaged in a convenient and protective box.

I immediately connected the DVI connection to the second port on my GPU and then connected the HDMI to a Samsung LCD HDTV. Windows 7 immediately recognized the TV as a second monitor.

This cable is fantastic and a great price! I ordered a 15 ft cable from another supplier and got a 5 ft cable. Wasn't happy at all. Then I found this one and it's perfect! I received my BlueRigger High Speed HDMI to DVI Adapter Cable (25 Feet) (New) very quickly. Unfortunately, this cable is causing "noise" and is not working correctly for me. This may be an isolated issue since I have purchased other BlueRigger products with satisfactory results. Item returned for full refund (5 stars) slighting two stars for inferior product. I am happy with seller experience.

To be more specific, when connecting this cable from my computer (graphics card) to my HDMI monitor, I would get a slight display flicker along with an actual noise produced during signal processing. Strange, I never encountered such an occurrence.
