I purchased two cables One worked but the other cable's blue light blinked endlessly.
Called Monster Tech Support. One Hour wait followed by fake tech support who never heard of the super thin cables and again places you in endless hold for level two tech support. This means, in my opinion, level one really does not exist. They are just script readers.
Also tried the e mail Tech support. You only get a confirmation that they received e mail. They supply links for other things but do not supply answers
The hours are from 7AM to 445PM. I advise you to start early you many need the whole day or more. I spent a total of two hours on cues and then then they hung up while I was still waiting for level 2
For the prices Monster asks for cables you would think they would have real Tech Support not the runaround time wasting disrespect for people who purchase their product.
