So yeah I got it late but this connector, works and does as promised, it delivers 1080i display from my macbook pro to my HDTV, doesn't deliver audio since my macbook pro its a 2009 model but bought a local cable and it works just fine! price is good so go for it.

This is a good cable, but I was under the impresssion that it would also support audio. Plugged it in and the display was awesome, but no audio :-(
