Useful because you can slip it into a pocket and hardly even notice it. But it is sometime unbearably slow to respond. The video is is at a par with a decent cell phone. Overall, I started carrying my P310 anyway because I couldn't trust this thing to respond quickly enough. It is too limited in so many situations to be useful, unless your expected shooting scenarios are all full daylight. The advantage of having a readily available camera disappear if the the camera can't deal with the situation. If you need a flash that recharges quickly, then you should not expect too much from such a small camera, it will not deliver.

I bought this for my niece. When it was delivered I tried it out and fell in love. It is so easy to use and takes great, clear pictures. The care kit that comes with the camera is perfect. I immediately ordered one of these for myself.
