Bought this for work. Use it for examination of fabrics on industrial equipment. The pictures are pretty good, the zoom is suprisingly good. I was impressed you could get this good of photomicrographs for the price. The picture taking function using the zoom switch is a little touchy, can end up moving the camera if you are not carefull. That would be the only suggestion I would have for improving, go with a touch buttom for taking the pic's.
