Works as advertised. Audio over HDMI is supported too. The connector is reasonably sturdy and has done find being carried around in my backpack for the last month. The full-size DisplayPort connector includes a tab you have to push to unplug it so that it doesn't come out accidentally.
I haven't had this pig-tail adaptor very long, but it's working fine, so far... Great price! (and the size is compact)
