bought this in June 2011, went to Europe in September 2011. My husband was trying to replay our gondola ride which he had recorded and put his thumb through the touch screen. We are attempting to have our Europe recordings recovered from the device. Had bought extra batteries and media cards for this model so to justify our investment we are buying another recorder just like the first one.it worked great, easy to use, small and easy to carry you just need to be careful with the pressure you use when touching the touch screen---it will break.
