I get picture but no sound so I have an ongoing communication via email asking many many times what product I should buy from them to get the sound and each time the response is an email that says you bought this product too long ago to return...when I don't want to bother returning it...I simply want to know the product that would also give me sound...I am trying to buy something but the seller is far to worried that I will want my money back although I tell them every time that I don't want to return the product
