The connectors are quite long, the jacket is stiff, and bending it sideways is nearly impossible. If you need something flat but also need to make bends in the flat, forget it. Don't get it expecting to fit more cables in a raceway, as it is overall quite bulkey. If you need to make a straight run under a carpet, or under a minimum clearance wall mount, it would work great.
