When one needs a specialty item such as a rain cover for a professional level camcorder it needs to be professional level quality. Bottom line: great quality...easy access to camera...and above all...it fits! No higher praise...it fits...and it does the job! Five stars!
I have SONY NX-30 and 580 model Handycams. Unfortunately, this is way too big, flops over lense, It seems nobody even makes rain covers for SONY NX-30 and little Handycams. Some manufacturer should get on the ball and make them with correct fit for these models.

Great Product. It was shipped very quick to me and it will prove very useful on my Sony NX5U. At first it seemed like it wouldn't fit right, but after trying it for about 5 mins. I figured it out! It's a nice product for a great price!!

If you need a generic rain cover for your camera, something marginally better than a plastic grocery bag, then this would be an adequate choice. But unfortunately, it's not even close to a porta brace or kata in quality, or custom fit. (However, the price is only a fraction of the cost of a porta brace.) I was disappointed in the fit, and the seals. One of the top flaps is an obvious entry point for water. However, it should suffice for an emergency cover in case of rain, or inclement conditions. And the price is probably the best selling point.
