GTMax 6ft Micro HDMI to HDMI Male Cable

GTMax 6ft Micro HDMI to HDMI Male CableThere is a huge difference between watching something on a phone or tablet and seeing it on a big screen TV. This cord allows me to see that difference and its great! Whether I'm watching a movie through Netflix or scrolling through pictures, I love being able to hook up to the TV for viewing

It worked. That was all I needed. It doesn't appear to be cheaply made. Thankful for that. But, it's just a cable.

The cable was the right one and worked perfectly. I bought it for a vizio tablet and it fit.

I haven't got a app yet to make the picture fit the tv screen but I am sure there is one out there. The picture appears on the TV as expected.

Nutone Color Video Front-door Surface-mount Speaker/camera

Nutone Color Video Front-door Surface-mount Speaker/cameraThe unit was easy to connect to my AiPhone phone system. Very compatible. It is also compatible for the house system video secure system. It is a rugged unit. It was easy to secure the unit and use a standard door bell to ground the I/O voice like to "call". The bright white LED lights are a great addition also.

Panasonic SVAV25 2MP D-Snap Multi Audio/Video Device

Panasonic SVAV25 2MP D-Snap Multi Audio/Video DeviceThis product simply tries to do too much and fails at doing a good job at anything. I rarely return items unless they're really unsatisfactory, but this went back.

My requirements werent huge...we just had a baby and I wanted something small, solid state, and simple to take candid photos and video of the baby without lugging around a regular camcorder. As long as the video and sound were halfway decent enough...something upstream of "what the heck is that?!?", I'd have been happy.

The video even in the extra fine mode is grainy and jerky. The sound accompanying the video is muddy. The photos taken if taken up close are washed out white by the flash.

You MUST use the included clunky panasonic crippleware to copy the movies from the device or the sound on them doesnt work. Inexplicably. You can in fact see the device as a separate hard disk, and play movies, but it sounds like you're underwater and someone above water is talking to you. You can convert the movie files to even crappier quality formats suitable for showing your friends and relatives how technically inept you are.

By the way, if you indeed use the barely acceptable 'extra fine' mode, the included 8MB card can record all of 20 seconds of video. In the 'extra fine' mode, regular mpeg4 codecs will not recognize the file and you have to install a panasonic provided codec that I was only able to find on the company's japanese web site. Going to the regular US site and choosing the product led me to a promising looking page of downloads, manuals and so forth. Choosing any link takes you to valuable information about hair dryers and other sundry products.

Once your friends and relatives manage to download the 4.7MB codec, they can then view your handiwork.

In order to copy mp3 files to it, you also MUST use the included s/w which requires a serial # thats printed on the cd's paper case. Lose that, and you're SOL. I found whole forums dedicated to people bemoaning the fact that they've lost their serial number and when going to load the s/w on a new machine, couldnt do so.

The unit plagued me with "Check Card!" at various times when trying to record video or take still shots. When it did this I had to eject the SD card, wait a few seconds, then reinsert it. All was then well.

I didnt try the voice recording/playback area. I was afraid of something really, really bad happening.

Here's where its going to be good for you. You only have a couple of hundred bucks, you need something thats pocket sized, you need some vaguely recognizable video quality in full daylight and dont need to know what people are saying during the video, and/or you're taking some photos from a long enough distance (more than 2-3') where the flash wont wash them out. And you dont mind loading a bunch of proprietary s/w onto your machine.

Being my first digital camera, I was impressed by all the features available in a gadget the size of a credit card. Although the pictures/video may look a bit blurry on the screen, they came out perfectly when uploaded to my computer.

However, the one thing that killed it for me was the size and, more importantly, design. I found it somewhat uncomfortable to take pictures what with the location of the buttons and all. There is one located adjacent to the screen (when you open it up) and a button on the side, which I thought was much more convenient. I also didn't like how it automatically returned to the beginning of the photoalbum whenever you would delete a picture or simply choose to return to the page last viewed.

This is a WONDERFUL camera for putting in your pocket and spontaneous use (although, it could be a bit quicker in start up). My camera survived a month-long trip to Europe as well as several local trips around town. If you want convenience, this is your best bet. If you have large hands, though (no joking!) or need some room to move your fingers, you'll find the design too stuffy for your liking.

This is an interesting and good all in one gadget. Fits in your pocket and easily you have a digital camera, voice recorder, mp3 player and even a camcorder (but don't expect great quality images!!!)... The picture (2MP) quality is just ok, but if you want more, you should buy na SLR camera. This is a convenient pocket sized camera that goes everywhere! Take a picture and improve it later at your PC (reducing noise, color balance, etc). As a camcorder, it's a good equipment to produce internet videos... But don't move it so fast (blur easily!)... the images will not be sharp enought! If you have an extra SD card (at least 256 MB), you will enjoy 4 hours of good sound quality. The supplied earphones are good enough but don't expect an IPOD overall quality! So, if you want an interesting all in one gadget, this Panasonic could be your choice!

I have had this device for about a year now and I have been happy, for the most part, with it's performance. Everybody wants to know what it is and so forth. It's so small and mobile, makes for easy travel. On top of that it is surprisingly very durable. The only drawbacks I'd like to note for you are the zoom is not very powerful and the pics when taken in zoom function are not crisp. Additionally the software that is needed to run the product through my computer is nothing to brag about. Actually it slows the rest of the computer down so much at times it will lock my system up. Overall I do recommend to all the purchase of this model and for the price it's a fair deal.

Panasonic HX-WA2 Waterproof Full HD Camcorder (Blue) HX-WA2A

Panasonic HX-WA2 Waterproof Full HD Camcorder HX-WA2AThis item was suggested by a salesman at a very reputable electronics store. We didn't buy it on-site because they only had the orange color in stock so we ordered from Amazon where we got the color we wanted and a better price. This is absolutely perfect for those who don't want to carry around a larger camcorder and all of the chargers/attachments that come along with it. This fits nicely in my pocket of my husband's jeans or in my purse. We prefer the smaller size so that we can bring along and not feel like stalkers. The videos are of great quality and we were very happy with the purchase.

Solid purchase for the holiday season. The unit itself is light weight and good for pockets or other easy storage spaces. Havent figured out all the bells and whistles yet but recording is very clear. Manual is a bit long.

Love the camera. HD quality is stunning. Learning curve was minimal because all options are very easy to get to and to use. Button placement prevents using the wrong button at the wrong time. Lots of features I've already used that I haven't used in other cameras because it's too hard to remember, on site, how to get to them (all found in scenes on the panasonic). Easy to change settings while in use, even underwater. Most video has been shot underwater and I am very pleased with the quality and the camera's auto compensation for low light levels. Typically we stay in the water close to an hour (the max allowed by the camera anyway) and the battery is only down to about 3/4 when we exit. Bought a 32 GB card and we have been in the Caymans 2 1/2 weeks and there is still memory left with daily shooting of usually 2 snorkel trips.

Have some questions about use of the photo zoom, which appears on the monitor but does not register for the actual picture. Also, the HD Writer seems to have a glitch that doesn't allow me to send emails. That menu item only takes me to the same one as the online sharing (You Tube and Facebook). Lastly, I also have some concern over water that appears in the card/battery area. So far it has stayed on the "wall" of that docking area and it has been just a few beads of water. My concern is that it's there in the first place (is this a faulty camera?) and that when I open the door it could drop on the electronics. I even made sure it was dry, put it in the sink for a soak and there was water in there then so I know it's not the depth I'm going to in the water. Please respond.

My previous waterproof cameras merely required a quick rinse under a faucet and a toweling, before they were safe to open. According to the manual, this camera must be shaken in a special way, and then leaned against something to keep it upright for an unspecified time, to allow water to drain from its waterproof shell. The manual doesn't say how to deal with sediment and minerals eventually clogging the drain holes, allowing it to drain into the interior when opened.

Also from the manual: A tripod screw a hair too large and/or tight can crack the waterproof housing. If used in salt water, a fresh water soaking, not to exceed ten minutes, must start within an hour. If the camera is subject to rough handling (unspecified) the waterproof seal can leak.

From the manual: Careful inspection is required in a safe area before each closing. Hair, dust or lint on the paper thin O ring can cause a leak. A special brush, included, is required to remove the almost microscopic particles.

From the manual: Even if you don't get the camera wet, it's subject to condensation inside, and malfunction. This can be caused by temperature changes by going inside to outside or cool water contacting the camera on a warm day. Because the lens components aren't sealed, condensation can also form there. If it can't be dried out, it can cause fungus growth on the lens.

Panasonic recommends replacing the O rings once a year.

Menus are navigated and operated with a floppy, non tactile, half inch button/joystick. The button has to be pulled exactly left/right/up/down to get the desired results. Pressing doesn't work. I don't have big fingers. I had to hook my fingernail under the tiny ridge around the button to precisely pull it. To make my intended selection, my finger had to come down perfectly perpendicular to the button.

The delay timer requires difficult menu navigation, as described above, for each picture. So much for fun and spontaneity.

I used the camera once, in shade, and the automatic white balance didn't work. Everything looked like it was shot through dark blue glass. The instructions say the automatic white balance doesn't always work and suggest always setting it manually. That would include going from sun to shade. See joystick menu navigation above.

There are probably lots of other problems with this camera, but I only used it for about two hours. It is poorly designed, difficult to use and seems basically self destructive. The automatic functions don't always work. Panasonic should be totally ashamed of themselves.

This is a pretty good camera. Takes great HD videos and works well underwater. Takes good still photos as well. Biggest draw back is the controls are not easy to operate and are too close together.

Philips SPF4080P/G7 8-Inch BoomBoom PhotoFrame and Gadget Hub (Piano Black)

Philips SPF4080P/G7 8-Inch BoomBoom PhotoFrame and Gadget HubWorks minimally as an extended display but lots of bugs and looks like no driver development underway. Probably will just use it to display photos. For the price I got it that's fine, but definitely not worth the retail.

For the guy that said it doesn't work in Win7 64bit, I got it to work but it's a big pain. You need to follow a certain sequence, first have it unplugged from USB, then start the App on PC, then plug USB in. Then you can hit "Extended Display" and it will extend your desktop. No way to adjust relative position of the screen (Windows doesn't show it as a monitor in Control Panel, so none of those features). If I close the Sub-Display App it goes away. Pretty sad they would leave it that incomplete, with no settings or anything.

This item does not work with Windows 7 64 bit. A call to the Phillips support center confirmed this. I also could not get it to play audio.

Buy Philips SPF4080P/G7 8-Inch BoomBoom PhotoFrame and Gadget Hub (Piano Black) Now

I bought the PSG4080P because of the sub-display (monitor over USB) support. Well, the display technically works and I am even able to get it to work on windows 7/x64, however when the device is used as a sub-display (or even plugged in via usb) Windows Aero effects cease to work until I log off/reboot. The video driver doesn't cleanly restore the functionality.

The display is nice and crisp, surprisingly, though.

The fact that it's not a touch screen is a major let down, when for the same price you can get a Chumby 8", Sony Dash or Insignia 8 (which are all Chumby)... however they don't do USB display.

If you want a digital photo frame WITH internet capabilities AND touch screen.. get one of the chumbys. If you want a cheap USB-display, and don't mind no aero effects, this would be ok for you.

Please let me save all of your the horror of this product.

I had originally purchased this so I can use it as a desktop signage device, showing videos and slide shows. The quality is sub-subpar. I had better photo quality on my cell phone from 2000. Video plays back with so many artifacts that it's unbearable to watch. I wish I could link you to photos of the horrendous quality of video playback and image display.

Additionally, the remote control has limited rage as they placed the received in the base of the unit so unless you are below the level of the display, it becomes difficult to use the remote without walking right up to it.

On a good note, the audio is fairly good compared, it has stereo plus bass output.

Not worth the price here, not worth the price I paid for it on Amazon sister company Woot!.

I'll also echo the fact it does NOT function with windows 7. I had hoped they might have updated firmware or drivers to correct this issue but from visiting the Philips website found the drivers are not available online nor are any firmware updates shown.

.. Deluxe DB ROTH Accessory STARTER KIT For The Nikon Coolpix L21, L22, L110 Digital Camera

.. Deluxe DB ROTH Accessory STARTER KIT For The Nikon Coolpix L21, L22, L110 Digital CameraI purchased this starter kit based on the excellent reviews and the price. I should have known better. Most of the items in the kit are useless. The LCD screen protectors are very, very thin and do not even stay on the screen, the cleaning kit is redundant in that the kit also comes with a microfiber cloth that does the same thing, less the cotton swabs that I am sure anyone would have, The bag itself is a bit small, and it not that sturdy. I guess between the camera bag and the tripod you get your money's worth, but it is not the deal it appears to be. Also, once you factor in the $12 for shipping its really not the bargain it appears to be. Bottom line the kit is not a winner.

I got this set when I purchased my camera with a bundle about 3 months ago. I am not a pro photographer, as a matter of fact, this is the first time I've used any accessories with any of my cameras. These were easy to use and plentiful. The table top tripod is my favorite its simple and quick for a fun snap shot with out an extra set of hands. It just flexes about on the ends and when you set your camera on top, its surprisingly sturdy. The fold out try pod is light and nicely sized. It is, however, delicate. Your gonna want to watch your step when folding and unfolding this one, ie... be gentle people. The bag can carry your camera, extra batteries, extra memory cards, all your camera connections, and the small tripod safely with plenty of room. Highly recommended for beginners. We used our bundle you take our own wedding invitation photos and were very pleased. In fact, most of our friends and family thought they were professional photos. With this bundle a decent camera and a little imagination anyone can take a great family or group picture anywhere anytime.

All in all, for the price, EXCELLENT! Only two issues. 1.) The items in the picture vary from the items you get. The table-top tripod is "Polaroid" brand. Same as Memory Card Wallet. Another small difference is the lens cleaning kit. It also has a pack of lint free tissue. The bottle has a drop by drop type lid.

Although these small alterations did occur, the deal is TREMONDOUSLY GOOD! The set is excellent for teenagers. That way you have peace of mind because of the price. I would recommend this product for any amateur.

Pentax Optio WS80 10MP Waterproof Digital Camera with 5x Internal Optical Zoom and 2.7-inch LCD (Wh

Pentax Optio WS80 10MP Waterproof Digital Camera with 5x Internal Optical Zoom and 2.7-inch LCDI ordered this camera to use during water activties on a caribbean cruise. I used it the weekend before on dry land and thought it did a great job especially shooting "Wide screen" video.

We left for our cruise and took the Pentax on our first beach day. Used it snorkeling (note I stay on the surface and never dive down so the camera would never be more than 3 feet submerged) and took fabulous underwater photos and video. I was very pleased.

When we returned to our cabin, some hours after leaving the water, I took out the battery and put it in the charger and also downloaded the photos & video into my computer. Next morning, however, I took the battery out of the charger and noticed the contacts were all corroded. Looked inside the camera and the same thing.

I managed to get it working and it took photos one more day. Drained the battery during another water-filled day. I could never get the battery to charge again. Sadly, I had no waterproof camera to use during the two remaining water fun days.

Returned the camera to Amazon and will be shopping for something similar but more "Waterproof!"

Just got it today and here's my 2 cents' worth. It's cheap, , a cheaper version of Pentax W80. So please have realistic expectations. Yes, I've read the reviews before I bought it(see ). Other sites haven't bothered to review it. The noise and image quality issue is well known, as panned by the reviewers herein. The picture is too soft, too dull. But it fits my strategy. I need an inexpensive splash-proof camera for use while sailing. Getting any picture is better than getting no picture. For better quality shots, I can use a Panasonic TZ5 in a Dicapac waterproof pouch and look real dorky. Near future replacement for the TZ5 for me could be the Sony HX5 or the Panasonic ZS5. For dry conditions, I have a Sony A200 and A300 DSLR at my disposal.

I also have a Pentax Optio W10, bought in 2006. After taking a few comparison shots with these two Pentax cameras, I can confirm that the WS80 is noisier than the W10 at the same ISO 400, but the WS80 still has more resolution, less pixelated than the W10. The extra 4 MP help. The WS80 is also better in some other ways 5x zoom, cost, 720 movie, and kinda IS? One ergonomic problem I have with the WS80 is that I find it hard to fully depress the shutter button without causing some camera movement. My tweaks on the camera setting: set ISO at 200; crank up the sharpness and contrast in the P mode and do more post editing and add still more contrast. There's a little too much yellow, esp on grass.

If you want something more rugged with better image quality, then spend more money, ~$200+ more for a Panasonic TX1, TX2, Sony TX5 or Pentax W90. (Sorry, Canon looks too toyish and bulky.) For me this is cheap insurance against water damage to the DSLRs. Sailing pictures taken in brighter lights this summer may turn out OK then. Happy shooting!

Easy to use water proof camera you'll want to take to any water activity. All functions are simple and user friendly. The large picture viewing screen is extra good for older eyes with no glasses. You will not find better for the money. Old NC surfer.

I've had this camera a couple weeks and I finally got outside to take some pictures. Overall, for the price of the camera it takes OK pictures. If I wanted great quality pictures I would have bought a more expensive waterproof camera. I did however, buy this camera because it is waterproof. I did not buy it for the intent of snorkling but it will be exposed at some point to rapids, snow, and rain. After these entounters and no problems I will gladly raise this review to a five.

Camera is very easy to use. Takes nice pictures although on some pictures it looks a little blury in the background. When the shutter is pressed I experienced no delay even indoors. It was very easy to download pics to computer.

Overall, I would recommend this camera to anyone that wants a nice easy to use waterproof camera and is not to fussy about perfect pictures everytime. Camera is a good value at $169 w/free shipping. I'll update as I use this under different conditions.

Want Pentax Optio WS80 10MP Waterproof Digital Camera with 5x Internal Optical Zoom and 2.7-inch LCD (Wh Discount?

Since I just started using the camera, I have not yet utilized it to its fullest capacity, but so far I am very pleased. I like the fact that the camera is water proof so I do not have to worry about using it around water. Also, I like the feature that the zoom lens is encased so the lens does not constantly extend then compact every time you turn it on/off. The 5X optical lens is very sharp and even the digital zoom is quite sharp. Although the manual is thicker than the camera, it comes with a quick guide to let you start taking pictures quickly. I can always read the manual on an as-need basis if necessary.

I have owned a Pentax camera before (Optio S sub-compact)and really liked it also. However, this camera is much easier to use and produces very sharp photos. For a little over $200, very well worth the price!
